The exterior renovation of our house looks incredible! The new roof looks sleek and along with the new windows make a huge difference in transforming the look and energy efficiency of our home. The new look of the weatherboards changes the whole look of our house and makes it look almost brand new. Everything was done with exceptional attention to detail. We were very impressed with professionalism of everyone we came into contact with from The Reno Guys.

Dan was excellent to deal with through the entire project and was very accommodating when we added a few extra jobs to the work being done. Shane produced very high quality work and was easy to have around the house. Pricing was very reasonable for such high quality work

Dan Grimshaw owner of The Reno Guy’s building team took on the role as Project team leader for an upgrade of our local Te Mata Public Hall 1905. This took 12 months to achieve.
During this process Dan lead a team of local volunteers who striped, repaired, re-cladded and re-roofed this big old hall. Every detail was overseen and delivered to a very high standard which will see this hall last for another lifetime. The coordination and collaboration of this task was brilliant. Spending hours and hours for free of Dan's own time, show’s his passion and dedication to achieve a top job delivered on time and on budget.
The community cannot thank Dan enough.

Dan and his team at The Reno Guys helped me with a renovation on my master bedroom and adjoining room's wardrobe.
Dan was the only builder that came through for a quote that actually got up in the ceiling space to check if any roof struts were baring down on any of the impacted walls.
The estimate Dan provided was very reasonable and about in line with the other quotes, and in the end, they actually came in slightly under budget!
The team were very professional and happy to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the end result of the renovation and I will definitely be calling The Reno Guys for any future renovations!

A leaking roof for a first home buyer is never a good start. We went looking for a company to help out and fix our problem and we came across the Renoguys. They were responsive and came out to site to provide a quote quick stat.
Dan and team were easy to deal with and tried hard to fit us in during a very busy time for them. There were a lot of obstacles in the way, but Dan and the team pulled through and got to site start of April. Dan was given the task of getting our newly built barn to the stage for signing off from the Rodney Council.
It involved lining the inside of the shed both upstairs and down hanging doors and fitting skirtings and architraves. He was given a budget to cover materials and labour of which he gave us some suggestions on material which saved us money and his suggestions concerning best use of available space we will use later on.
All in all we would highly recommend him to anyone who asks, and we would definitely use him again if he is available.

My 1937 character villa has been restored and modernised by Reno Guys to an extremely high standard. Dan himself has managed every project for me, saving me hours of stress. Being able to deal with just Dan, instead of having to contact, following up and chase the many various contractors was invaluable. He is extremely professional, offers his expert opinion openly and was able to guide me through many decisions without feeling pressured.
The standard of work from the builders was extremely high and I was impressed also by their work ethic. They respected my space, time and home as I was living on site while the major renovations were happening.
The contractors Dan chooses to partner with have also been excellent, I couldn't have asked for better joiners, architects etc.
I would highly recommend Dan and the team at Reno Guys - I did my house in 4 different stages and went back to them every time.
