Duplex in Raymond Street  

This was a unique project where The Reno Guys Limited® renovated the front property and Fervour Construction Limited was able to develop the site and build a duplex extension onto this freshly renovated home.

The duplex was one of 4 homes Fervour Construction had underway during covid and we are very proud of the guys efforts for pulling off this project during a very challenging time for construction in New Zealand.
