Pool HouseThis project was an absolute pleasure to build. It had all manner of detail in it from a basic timber subfloor to structural steel within the wrap around the canopy. The client supplied all the structural steel and did a fantastic job of fabrication. The floor plan consists of 3 rooms, one open plan space suited for guests with an ensuite and an ancillary storage room for pool equipment and pool pump. The pool house sits nicely up against the pool and fits seamlessly into the existing home. Notice the flush head and level entry transition. Our supplier told us this was the first over clad corner mount stacking doors to be fitted in the country using the top of the range "Atlantic profile". At the time of setting out the building carpet thickness was an important factor to set the entire subfloor to ensure the level entry was perfect. This small but very important detail that proved to be a very rewarding part of the process. |
