Maeroa RenovationThis kitchen, living and dining renovation required the removal of 2 load bearing walls to create a large open plan space to act as the hub of the home. The space was then gutted out, insulated and relined with new GIB to the walls and ceilings. The lounge area floor had chipboard so this was removed. Reclaimed tongue and groove rimu that was salvaged from another part of the home was then able to be used. This allowed us to create a seamless transition where the results speak for themselves. |
