Whilst we were working at Johns we were approached by Mike and Sheila about a reclad on their home. This was a design build project for us. The home had good bones but was looking very tired. Reclad, pitching the flat roof over the garage with trusses and new windows were on the cards. When we got up to height it became very obvious to re-roof this home. Being 45 degrees, 6 dormers and 3 veluxes really tested us and our roofers on the run up to Christmas 2024. Needless to say, this home has gone from looking tired to looking one of the tidiest in the street.
