Ruapuke Road, Te Mata

Dan and Marcia’s goal was to work overseas, save some money and build a house. The plan was to hire two caravans and call up their great mate Shanon to come up from the Manawatu to help them build their dream home. Dan and Shanon had worked together in London so were able to fall back in sync straight away to take on the project. This was 13 years ago, time certainly does fly by. Since then, Dan and Marcia is raised two beautiful girls and love their home. The build time was pretty quick for 290m2 being five and half months, building through the winter is a testament to their ability as tradesmen and their friendship.
